Arepas Rellenas Con Guiso De Carne



  1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat,
  2. Add meat, onions, garlic, green chile, tomato, achiote powder, cumin, thyme, black pepper and salt
  3. Cook for 20 minutes
  4. Stir in and capers.
  5. Form arepas dough into small disks.
  6. Place spoonful of filling on each dough disk.
  7. Wrap dough around to seal
  8. Fry arepas until golden brown.
