  1. Drain artichoke hearts and chop.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and lemon juice.
  4. Mix in the chopped artichoke hearts.
  5. Put mixture in a buttered casserole and sprinkle top with cayenne pepper.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
