Ingredients[]
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, julienne-cut
- 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon less-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions[]
- Combine cabbage, snow peas, bell pepper, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Combine rice vinegar, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, and pepper, stirring with a whisk.
- Add to cabbage mixture, tossing well to coat.
Yield: 4 servings
