  1. Place vinegar, shallots, garlic, gingerroot, mustard, orange juice concentrate, and black beans in a bowl.
  2. Whisk to mix together.
  3. Slowly whisk in oil until emulsified.
  4. Season with chile flakes and soy sauce, set aside until ready to pour on salad.
