1. add 2 tablespoons of oil to a hot skillet. Add noodles and cook for 3 –5 minutes
  2. Add the lettuce, chicken, onions, and sesame seeds together. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add the dressing (made by mixing brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salad oil, and rice vinegar) right before serving
