ASIAN GRILLED VEGGIES WITH GARLIC

3 red peppers, cut lengthwise into slices 1 pound baby bok choy, halved lengthwise 1 tsp. grated gingerroot 1/4 cup ponzu sauce 2 cloves chopped garlic

Heat broiler or grill. In bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill or broil 8 min. or until tender, removing bok choy after 3 min. and turning once.
