Ingredients[]
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups hot cooked white long-grain rice
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
Directions[]
- Heat vegetable oil and dark sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add green onions, ginger, and garlic cloves, and sauté 2 minutes.
- Stir in long-grain rice and soy sauce.
Yield: 4 servings
