Makes 6 servings.



  1. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, honey, cilantro, salt and pepper in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add carrots, snow peas, onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender.
  3. Add rice and soy sauce mixture. Stir until well blended; heat thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Serve with chicken.
