Ingredients[]
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 2 tbsp pepper sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 bunch asparagus, cut 2
- 1 large leek, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions[]
- Preheat oven 425 °F .
- Combine olive oil, wine, pepper sauce and salt in cup.
- Combine asparagus, leek, mushrooms, bell pepper, and ½ oil in large roasting pan; mix well.
- Roast vegetables 20 minutes.
- Until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from oven, toss with remaining oil mixture.
- Serve warm.
