Ingredients[]
- 2 t water
- 1/2 t celery salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 egg, Beaten
- 1 Pkg Frozen asparagus Spears
- 1/2 c breadcrumbs
Directions[]
- Combine water, celery salt, pepper and egg.
- Mix Well.
- Cook Asparagus According to Package Directions;
- Drain.
- Roll asparagus Spears in Half The Breadcrumbs;
- Dip in egg Mixture.
- Roll Spears in Remaining Breadcrumbs.
- Brown In Hot Fat For 5 Mintues or Until Golden, Turning Occasionally.
