  1. Boil or lightly steam asparagus for 3 of 4 minutes (or just until the colour brightens).
  2. Plunge immediately in cold water to stop cooking process and ddrain.
  3. Blend all other ingredients together, adding a little water if necessary, and serve with asparagus.
