Makes 4 to 6 servings



  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of the reserved marinade in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot; discard remaining marinade; reserve tomatoes.
  2. Add turkey; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until brown and cooked throughout.
  3. Remove from heat; set aside.
  4. Combine turkey, rice, reserved tomatoes, onion and in large bowl.
  5. Gently stir in cheese.
  6. Pour dressing over salad, toss to combine; serve immediately over lettuce.
