Ingredients[]
- 20 regular size marshmallows
- 2 cups water
- 1 small package lime Jell-O
- 1 can crushed pineapple (No. 2)
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 pint whipped cream
Directions[]
- Melt marshmallows in hot water.
- Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
- Set in refrigerator until partially set.
- Add other ingredients, adding whipped cream last.
- Fold in well. Pour into lightly oiled mold and let set.
