Audre's Lime Salad

20 regular size marshmallows 2 cups water 1 small package lime Jell-O 1 can crushed pineapple (No. 2) 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 pint whipped cream

Melt marshmallows in hot water. Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Set in refrigerator until partially set. Add other ingredients, adding whipped cream last. Fold in well. Pour into lightly oiled mold and let set. Source: A Taste of Victoria
