Ingredients

• 1 cup white self-rising cornmeal
• ½ cup flour (self-rising)
• 3 tbsp sugar
• ½ cup oil
• 1 cup milk

Directions

1. Pour oil in baking pan to ½ inch high and heat pan until hot.
2. Pour mixture in hot pan.
3. Bake at 350 °F for 20 minutes.
