This is one of my family’s favorite chili dishes during football season. Serve with corn chips. - Debra Collins, Gaylesville, AL
Ingredients[]
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 14-1/2 oz. can can diced tomatoes
- 15-1/2 oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 15-oz. can corn, drained
- 10-oz. can diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
- 2 c. water
- 1-oz. pkg. taco seasoning mix
Directions[]
- Brown beef in a large stockpot over medium heat; drain.
- Stir in undrained tomatoes and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Yield: Makes 6 servings
