Ingredients[]
- ½ oz California avocado, diced
- ¾ oz cooked white rice
- ¾ oz boneless, skinless Chicken breast, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions[]
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash Chicken, and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap Chicken in foil and place on cookie sheet, in oven for 45 minutes.
Save broth from Chicken to use for cooking the rice.
Cook rice, using chicken broth, place in mixing bowl and add diced Chicken and diced avocado.
Mix and season to taste.
