  2. Stir in ½ cup chopped parsley, ⅓ cup finely chopped red onion and ⅓ cup prepared sweet pickle relish.
  3. Chill 1 hour to marry flavors.
  4. Serve 2 tablespoons on ham, cheese, turkey and chicken sandwiches or alone on a bagel.
