Ingredients[]
- ½ (26-ounce) jar mango slices, chopped
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained and chopped
- 1 small purple onion, diced
- ¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
- ⅓ cups fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chile garlic sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp dried crushed red pepper
- 4 small California avocados, peeled and chopped
- 2 large fresh mango, peeled and diced, may be substituted
Directions[]
- Stir together first 11 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Gently stir in avocado.
- Cover and chill 1 hour.
- Serve with sweet potato chips or tortilla chips.
