Spicey California Avocado sour cream cheese dip for corn chips, crackers, or toppings because this recipe uses California's definitely nutritious!

  1. Cut up and mash the inside of a ripe soft California avocado, and discard seed and peel.
  2. Put this in a small bowl.
  3. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of graded Monterey jack jalapeño pepper cheese add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
  4. Mix well with a fork.
  5. Use this to dip corn chips or put on top of salad or tacos or add to anything else.
  6. Takes about 5 minutes to make.
