  1. Peel and remove seeds from the avocado and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Put in a glass bowl. Add the lemon juice, some Sugar water and stir gently.
  3. Cover the avocado salad and allow it to stand for a half hour before serving or refrigerate after one hour.
  4. Top with the chopped roasted Peanut and serve immediately.
