A delicious and easy quesadilla which is great as an appetizer, snack or even a light lunch.

  1. Slice the avocado.
  2. On an open tortilla, spread ¼ cup grated cheese, sliced avocado, and 2 tablespoons of salsa.
  3. Broil under a broiler for three minutes.
  4. Fold in half, and slice in wedges before serving
