- 1 Unbaked pizza dough shell, 12-inch
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp Dried basil
- 2/3 Cups Canadian Bacon, cut in 1/4-inch dice
- 1 California avocado
- 1 Cup tomato, cut in 1/4-inch dice
- salt - as needed
- ¾ Cup Monterrey jack cheese, shredded

METHOD
Brush dough with olive oil; sprinkle with basil.
Scatter, one at a time, Bacon, avocado and tomato over dough. Lightly sprinkle with salt.
Sprinkle Cheese over pizza.
Bake at 500 °F until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Cut into 8 slices.
