Avocado and Kumquat Sorbet

Ingredients

• California avocados
• oz kumquat, peeled
• Cup simple syrup 1:1
• Cup water
• Cup White tequila

Directions

METHOD

Puree all ingredients in two batches in bar blender

Strain through a china cap and freeze in an ice cream machine.
