Ingredients[]
- ½ lb crab meat (fresh or canned)
- ¾ cup celery, chopped
- 3 avocados, cut in half, seeded, brushed with lime juice.
Dressing[]
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- a few drops Tabasco
- ¼ tsp rosemary, crushed
- 2 tbsp chili sauce or ketchup
Directions[]
- Mix shredded crab meat with celery and just enough mayonnaise to bind.
- Fill the halves.
- Serve surrounded by lettuce leaves, with the dressing.
