- 2½ cups silken tofu
- 2 cups soy milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup rum or brandy
