- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon parsley chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chives chopped
- 16 ounce can artichoke hearts, chopped
- Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 325 °F for 25 Minutes until top is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with sturdy crackers.
