  1. In a food processor, process onions and beets until finely chopped.
  2. Add the watercress and process 5 seconds.
  3. Add cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish and dill and process until well blended.
  4. Spoon into container and refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Serve with raw vegetables.
