1. Boil minced ingredients, lemon grass and coconut milk.
  2. Add in seasoning and adjust.
  3. Put in chicken inside boiling sauce.
  4. Then place chicken on a baking tray.
  5. Pour over the sauce on top of the chicken and grill in oven or under salamander until cook.
  6. Keep the sauce and boil it again and adjust the seasoning.
  7. Pour the sauce on the chicken again before serving.
