Spice rub for chicken
Amounts depend on personal preference

Directions Edit

  1. Prepare crust
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to the sauce, along with some crushed red pepper and spread over the crust
  3. Slice up a whole red onion into rings add on top of the sauce.
  4. Roll the strips of chicken in a dry rub of salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.
  5. Add on top of the onions.
  6. Top off with shredded cheese mixture.
  7. Bake at 375 °F, for approximately 20 minutes or desired melty goodness, enjoy.
