- Slice up the Avocado and Tomato
- Place the tortilla in a fry pan on the stove and warm up both sides
- Add the Avocado and Tomato
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
- Fold it up and fry both sides
- Take the wrap off the stove, open it up and add a dollop of cottage cheese
- Serve and enjoy!
