This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bailey Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1989.

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth then blend in mayonnaise and stir in salad dressing mix, chopped green onions and crumbled bacon.
  2. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.
  3. Shape into a ball and serve with crackers.
