Bacon Dip

1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz) 3 T. finely chopped chives or green onions 1 cup sour cream 1 t. fresh horseradish Dash garlic salt Cayenne to taste 6 bacon strips, cooked crisp and crumbled

Soften cheese at room temperature. Blend with remaining ingredients and chill until ready to serve. Serve with chips, veggies, or crackers. Makes about 3 cups Source: Come Into the Kitchen
