- 2 cups brown rice flour
- 1 tablespoon activated charcoal (find this at drugstores, not the briquets!)
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 egg
- ½ cup chopped fresh mint
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ⅔ cup low-fat milk
