Baked Bananas in Orange Juice

6 medium firm bananas

1 medium orange

2 T orange juice

2 T lemon juice

1/3 C sugar

Dash of cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg

Preheat oven to 325�. Peel bananas; peel and coarsely chop orange. Arrange bananas and orange in shallow baking dish. Combine juices, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; pour over fruit. Bake at 325� for 25 to 30 minutes or until bananas are golden and tender. Serve hot.
