  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. With a sharp knife, trim white rind off top of cheese.
  3. Place cheese in a pie plate.
  4. Mix sun-dried tomatoes and parsley.
  5. Spread evenly over surface of cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
  7. Bake 10 minutes until heated through.
