Baked Broccoli Ring

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (10 oz. each) 2 t. margarine 2 T. flour 1 1/2 t. instant minced onion 1 t. salt Dash pepper 1 1/4 cup milk 3 eggs, slightly beaten

Let broccoli stand at room temperature while preparing sauce. Melt margarine. Blend in flour, onion, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened. Add broccoli and stir over heat to thaw. Stir a little of the hot mixture into eggs, then stir egg mixture into broccoli. Blend well. Turn into well greased 5 1/2 cup ring mold or a 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake in 325 oven about 45 minutes until firm. Insert knife around sides and shake gently to loosen ring. turn onto hot platter. Serve plain or with cheese or mushroom sauce. Serves 6 to 8 Source: My Old Recipes
