- 1 cup bulgur wheat, uncooked
- 1/2 tsp Dried basil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cup Boiling water
- 1/4 cup Chopped pecans
Directions[]
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Lightly oil a 1 quart baking dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.
3 Place bulgur, basil, salt and pepper in prepared baking dish.
4 Add boiling water and mix well.
5 Cover tightly and bake 20 minutes.
6 Fluff with a fork, add pecans, and mix well.
7 Serve hot.
