Ingredients

  1. 2 pounds fish fillets
  2. 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  4. 2 11-ounce cans Cheddar Cheese condensed soup
  5. 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  6. 1/2 cup milk
  7. 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  8. 3 cups cooked rice
  9. paprika

Directions

  1. Season fish fillets with salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. Combine soup, Onion powder, milk and mustard.
  3. Spoon rice into greased shallow baking dish; place fillets on top.
  4. Pour sauce over fish; sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
