Baked French Fries
3 med. baking potatoes 1/4 c. Italian low-fat salad dressing 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash potatoes, pat dry and cut into 1/4-inch strips. Place potatoes in a large bowl with salad dressing and Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat the potatoes. Arrange potato strips on an oil sprayed baking sheet. Spray potatoes lightly with oil spray. Bake 12 minutes, turn over and bake 10 to 12 minutes more or until golden brown and crisp.
