  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place fish in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  3. Drizzle with lemon juice; sprinkle with dill.
  4. Top with tomato and next 6 ingredients; sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Pour wine into dish; cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 fillet and 1/2 cup vegetables)
