Baked Onion Chicken

 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

2/3 C. dry bread crumbs 1/2 t. pepper 2 egg whites 2 T. water 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 T. butter melted

 With rolling pin, crush soup mix in pouch.  On wax paper, combine soup mix, bread crumbs and pepper.

In a shallow dish, beat together egg whites and water. Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with crumb mixture, shake excess crumbs off. On baking sheet, arrange chicken. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
