Baked Potato Casserole
- 5 large potatoes, cooked and diced
- 6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pound ground Beef, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pound shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 chopped green onions
- salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
