Baked fish that doesn't taste like fish from Menu and Recipes for the week of 2/25/07

  1. Mix sour cream, mayo and ranch mix together.
  2. Roll dried fish fillets in mixture then roll in French fried onions.
  3. Bake 20 – 25 minutes at 350°F.
  4. The fish is done when it flakes easily.
