BAKED WATER CHESTNUTS

 1 can whole chestnut

Bacon

Cut bacon strips in half lengthwise Wrap each chestnut with a strip of bacon secure with wooden toothpick.Placed wrapped chestnuts on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 mins.Drain on paper towel.

SAUCE

 3/4 cup catsup

2 tablespoon vinegar 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed 1/3 cup gradulated sugar

Combine sauce ingredients.Put cooked and wrapped chestnuts into a casserole dish and pour sauce over them.Return to oven for another 20

 mins.
  
 NOTE:
  
 One can of whole chestnuts is about 25 pieces.
