Ingredients[]
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp flour
- ¾ cup baking cocoa
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 5 ground almonds
- 1 cup real butter
- 3 oz low-fat cream cheese
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp mini-chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions[]
- In a large mixing bowl cream butter, cream cheese, sugar, until light and fluffy.
- Next add eggs, vanilla extract.
- Set aside in a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa, almonds, baking soda, baking powder, salt
- Then add to butter mixture mix well, then fold in chocolate chips spread mixture into a greased 13x9-inch rectangle baking dish.
- Bake about 28 – 34 minutes at 325°F degree oven.
- Remove and allow to cool.
