Overview of Balouchi Cuisine History[]

Balouchi Cuisine is not a dominant cuisine in the country, but is certainly one of the integral cuisines. Without it, we would not have many of the mutton and roast dishes. Balouchi cuisine is not mainstream cuisine, yet you will find a lot of Balouchi types of food in other provinces.
