Banana Crème

Ingredients

• 3 to 4 ripe bananas
• 2 eggs
• 20 g sugar
• 2 dl condensed milk
• lemon juice

Directions

1. peel bananas and mash with a fork
2. stir together egg yolk and sugar
3. stir milk till it gets thick
4. mix all together
5. add lemon juice
