Description

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 pk. (3 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk, fresh or evaporated only
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 bananas
  • 2 cups all-purpose cream
  • 1 cups chopped nuts (peanuts, almonds, or pistachios)

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add milk and brown sugar.
  2. Add pudding, beating until well mixed.
  3. Pour over cooled cake. Slice the bananas over cake.
  4. Cover with cream and top with nuts. Serve cold and plain or with other fruits or desserts but cut the fruit-based cheesecake into serving pieces with the cake slicer or the chef's knife and transfer to a small plate.
