Banana Cream of Wheat Bread

Ingredients

• 2 cups cream of Wheat
• 1+1/2 cups mashed bananas
• 1+1/2 cups mashed bananas
• 1 Tbs. Sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• 1+1/2 cups water
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 cup unsaturated oil

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Gradually add bananas, egg, water, and oil. Blend well.
3. Bake in greased 8-inch by 12-inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 F. until knife stuck in center of cake comes clean. Remove from pan and cool.
