A great way to use up Bananas that are going a bit off. Sweet enough to be satisfying, healthy enough to not feel too guilty.
- Cut up the bananas (doesn’t have to look pretty).
- Throw them in a non stick frying pan on medium heat stirring often.
- Add brown sugar or maple syrup and vanilla.
- Eat alone or over ice cream.
